Our home is in a quiet neighborhood, on a private circle street.  It is in a golf community with an outdoor pool, golf course, tennis courts, and bocce ball.  The POA community house has activities, bridge, mahjong, book club, garden club, etc.  And we are close to all types of shopping, restaurants, golf, and outlet malls. There are 130 golf courses in the NC / SC Grand Strand area, and 25 great golf courses are within a 15 minute drive.

We are located in the Calabash fishing village with many great restaurants, shopping, and 2 large grocery stores.  Three beaches are also within a 10 to 15 minute drive which include, Cherry Grove North Myrtle Beach S.C., Sunset Beach N.C., and Ocean Isle Beach N.C.  It is very relaxing to take a beach chair, maybe even a glass or bottle of wine, and go to Sunset Beach and watch some of the most beautiful sunsets on the East Coast! Then go to one of the great restaurants in the area. We are 5 minutes from the Gambling ships and the Sea Screamer, 10 minutes from Kayak, Jet Ski, Boat rentals, and Dolphin Tours. Horseback riding is 10 minutes away, or in Murrells Inlet. Myrtle Beach if famous for it’s Shag Dancing. Some of the best is at Harold’s, 15 minutes from our home.

Our “Non Smoking” home is a ranch style with the Master suite on one side and two bedrooms and full bath on the other side.  It will sleep 8 with the sleeper sofa.  The Master bedroom has a king size bed and a 49″ flat screen.  The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.  There is also a walk-in closet.  There are two other bedrooms, both with 2 twin beds and large closets.  And there is a full bath on that side of the home.  The living room has a sleeper sofa and a 50″ flat screen TV.  We have WiFi for your convenience or business.  There is plenty of room in the eat-in kitchen with a Carolina Room off the kitchen.

Family and couples fun include deep sea fishing, pier fishing, horseback riding, kayak and boat rentals.  You can also charter one of the Hatteras boats for a romantic sunset trip on the Intracoastal, or an overnight trip to historical Charleston.  Another interesting adventure is a trip to Bird Island with fun for the entire family.  Look at the following pages and pictures for what all this area has to offer for everyone.
